This is another great patio in Newton Mearns.
Originally there were 2 separate patio areas on 2 different levels.
We excavated the the whole area, got a good sub-base in, then raised the level again.
A retaining wall was constructed to separate the main patio area from the rest of the garden as the original slope of the land was just dead area.
The retaining wall was constructed using Ivory Black facing brick.
The patio product was Modak sandstone laid in random sizes and pointed to finish.
We also ran a pathway from the side gate, around the conservatory to lead to the conservatory steps and decking area.
To finish we installed top soil to bedding areas.
Very good job, the customers delighted so very happy.
